An Advisory service is a key focus area for SAP Global Logistics. Over the last 3 years, the Advisory team has developed strong domain expertise in services such as SVB registration and finalization, STPI consultancy and liaison, RD refunds, SAD refunds, DGFT consultancy and liaison, Preparing response for Show-cause notices, Filing Appeals, etc.. And now we are developing new programs such as ‘On site post clearance audit’ and ACP and AEO (Authorized Economic Operator program’.

Our team always keeping track of developments at Indian Revenue department and tries to examine on how these developments can help and support Indian Importers and Exporters.

SVB REGISTRATION AND FINAL ORDER

Special Valuation Branch of the customs deals with cases involving related party transactions covered under the provisions of Rule 2 (2) of Customs Valuation Rules 2007. The CBEC has issued the circular No 05/2016 customs and laid down the procedure to scrutinize the impact of relationship on import price.The importer has to submit reply of questionnaire with supporting documents.
